These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pk598 platform. By creating an account or using any service on pk598.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out in this document. This agreement applies to all players in Pakistan and internationally.

The pk598 platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. Any Player found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their Account immediately closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and — at pk598's sole discretion — any net winnings derived during the period of underage access may also be voided.

By completing registration on pk598, the Player represents and warrants that all information provided is accurate and truthful, that they are at least 21 years of age, and that they are legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to them.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their pk598 Login credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk598 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on all accounts. In cases of confirmed fraud, associated funds may be seized and reported to relevant authorities.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. pk598 may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts after written notice is provided to the Player's registered email address. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by contacting pk598 support and completing any applicable re-verification requirements.
pk598 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following Supported Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. pk598 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any payment method at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected Players.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Player's pk598 Account within minutes of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times and may take up to one business day. pk598 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or telecommunications networks. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the pk598 cashier screen at the time of transaction.
All Player funds deposited with pk598 are held separately from the operational funds of the Platform. Player funds are not used for business operations and are protected in accordance with the requirements of pk598's operating license. In the event of Platform insolvency, player funds are treated as protected assets under applicable regulatory requirements.
Withdrawals from a pk598 Account are available to fully verified Players who have met all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds held in their Account. Players must withdraw to a payment account registered in their own name. pk598 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
pk598 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within two to four hours for fully verified accounts on business days. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one business day following withdrawal approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the pk598 Account cashier. pk598 reserves the right to request additional identity, payment, or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts. This is a regulatory compliance requirement and is applied consistently across all Players without discrimination.
Important: pk598 will never charge a fee for standard withdrawals to Supported Payment Methods. Any fees displayed are those of the Player's own bank or payment provider, which are outside pk598's control and the Player's sole responsibility.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits available on pk598 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms associated with each individual offer. In the event of conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to a pk598 Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable offer before any resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games and sports betting wagers typically contribute at lower rates than slot games. pk598 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single offer, using low-variance betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, and collusion with other players to extract bonus value. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from abusive play voided.

Bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. pk598 reserves the right to void bets where clear pricing errors have occurred.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on pk598:

Self-exclusion requests submitted to pk598 are processed within 24 hours and apply to all services on the Platform. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period. Any Account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any funds deposited returned, with winnings void.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only.

pk598 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks as a condition of its operating license. These checks may require Players to submit identity and financial documents. Failure to comply with KYC or AML requests may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk598's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the relevant claim. pk598 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
pk598 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond pk598's reasonable control.
Gambling Risk Warning: Online gaming involves financial risk. Players acknowledge that gambling may result in the loss of deposited funds. pk598 does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for financial losses incurred through normal gambling activity on the Platform.
pk598 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to Players via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the pk598 Platform no fewer than 14 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
Continued use of the pk598 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree with the amended Terms, they must close their Account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and pk598, the Player should first contact pk598 customer support by email at [email protected] or via live chat available 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM PKT, seven days a week. pk598 will acknowledge all dispute notifications within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 14 days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved satisfactorily through pk598's internal resolution process, Players have the right to escalate the matter to the regulatory authority under whose license pk598 operates. Details of the applicable regulatory body and escalation procedures are available upon request by contacting pk598 support.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk598's international gaming license jurisdiction. Nothing in this Agreement limits the statutory rights of Players under applicable consumer protection law in their country of residence.
These Terms & Conditions are issued in English, which is the binding language version. Any translations made available are provided for convenience only and do not form part of the legal agreement between the Player and pk598. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version prevails.
